Overview:
Our Experience includes Major and Minor Rebuilds and Repairs, Detailed Audits and inspections, Total Balancing, Setup and Calibration of Control equipment, Fabrication ( Burners, Ductwork, Panels), Relocation and Installation of equipment, Electrical control work, Plumbing / Piping, Metal work, Insulation and assistance with your process problems.
Ovens that we typically service are Rotary Air, DEF, DIF, Wicket, Conveyance, IBO and PIN Type Ovens and Dryers.
Environmental Services and Technologies, Inc. has experience with, but not limited to, the following Component / Equipment Manufacturers: AIR TECHNOLOGIES, MAXON, EXLIPSE, and NORTH AMERICAN TYPE BURNERS.
We work with FECO / YOUNG BROS. WAGNER, ROSS, MOCO, SELLACAN (Gmbh), LTG (Luft Technische GmbH), TECH TYPE OVENS. We are currently the only US-based Independent operation with qualified personnel in house to work on LTG (Luft Technische GmbH) equipment.
Our services also include the Design and Installation of capture enclosure systems for ovens and permanent total enclosures (PTE).
We maintain an extensive list of spare parts in our shop and utilize only the highest quality vendors and suppliers.
As the Industry leader, ES&T initiated the use of Thermal Imaging of your Equipment over 10 years ago.
Now you can visually see the Heat Displacement, Energy Loss and Thermal Migration on your equipment. (Ductwork, Oven shell, Flanges, Flex Joints, Door seals, Fans, Bearings, Motors, Burners, Failed Insulation, Including excessive heat on Wickets and Chain)
We offer maintenance agreements (1-5 years) to insure your equipment is in full compliance and is operating as required.
